It is important to try on all your clothes before washing them, making a brim or doing any alteration whatsoever to make sure your sizes are the right ones. Note that any garment washed, worn or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please read the care labels carefully, as some garments may require dry cleaning only.

The use of bleach in washing can damage clothing. Never wash your uniforms with jeans or towels, it can damage the natural and synthetic fibers.You must sort and wash the different colors of your clothes separately. The white together, the dark together and the pastel colors together.

We offer a fixed rate shipping fee of $15.50 anywhere in Canada, regardless of the amount of your order, on orders of inventory items at catalogue prices. We also offer fast-track delivery. Refer to the Expedited Transportation Fee Chart. Shipment by land (standard) – It takes between 1 and 7 working days from the date of shipment and depending on the place of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of return.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the package and refunded by the original payment method (e.g. same credit card) within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to credit the refund to your account even if Town & Country Uniforms has confirmed the refund.
